Find Me Candy allows you to search via cell phone or mobile device for DailyCandy picks in your current location.
Just send a text to 328646 (DCTOGO) specifying the category and location you’re interested in, in that order, and we’ll text you back with an answer.
You can search for any of the following types of places using these commands:
- food
- restaurant
- bar
- salon
- shop
- spa
Don’t forget to put in where you are (complete address OR zipcode, without any punctuation). If you get an error message asking you to check the address make sure you’ve included the city and state or just put in the zipcode and you’re good. Oh, and no need to capitalize. (Yeah, yeah. We never thought we’d see the day when we encouraged that, either.) Here are some examples:
- shop 584 broadway new york
- spa 1200 granville ave los angeles
- salon 94111
- food west 20th & 10th ave new york
- restaurant 10012

DailyCandy Mobile is a group of wireless services from DailyCandy for your cell phone or mobile device. DailyCandy does not charge for these services, though your mobile provider’s standard messaging rates will apply.
The following carriers will offer DailyCandy Mobile on the shortcode 328646 (DCTOGO): Alltel, Cellular One, Cingular Blue (AT&T), Cingular Orange, Dobson, T-Mobile & Verizon.
In addition to any fee of which you are notified, your provider’s standard messaging rates apply to our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. No more than two messages per day per SMS subscription will be sent. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis.
Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your provider’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us. We will never share this information with a third party.
