Unbearably Cute

Teddy Bear Cubcakes

cubcakes are grrreat!

The stockings are hung with care. The presents are wrapped and under the tree. Now how to kill some time before the fat guy in red velvet lands on the roof? Make some yummy fun cubcakes!

Teddy Bear Cubcakes
Makes 24 cupcakes

Ingredients
24 cupcakes (baked from your favorite recipe or a box)
1 can chocolate frosting
24 small red jellybeans
24 peppermint patties
48 candy eyeballs (available at cake supply stores) or any small round candy

1. Frost cupcakes thickly with chocolate frosting.

2. Cut peppermint patties in half. Stick one on each side of a cupcake for ears.

3. Place two eyes on the cupcake’s face.

4. Place jellybean nose below eyes.

5. Orchestrate a puppet show where the bears go caroling.

6. Eat them up.
