This season, Zifty.com founder Jen Peté tops our list with her new gifting venture, Stories of Gen.

Peté spent the last few years trolling craft fairs, scavenging hipster blogs, and sidling up to an ungodly number of little-known retailers from Sydney to Chicago, accumulating ideas to up anyone’s gifting ante.

Recently gracing her sleigh: an imported Japanese bento lunch box, a photo shoot for a 50th wedding anniversary, and a slew of experiential gifts. (She once set up a custom shirt fitting followed by drinks and a scenester dinner for a client’s fashiony BF.)

Peté believes that no gift is too great or small, so she doesn’t stipulate price tag minimums.
